Order Processing
Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, our team will begin preparing it for shipment.
Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
During sales, holidays, product launches, or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take slightly longer than usual.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders delivered within the United States.
All U.S. shipments include tracking and shipping insurance at no additional cost.
Any alternative shipping methods, charges, or delivery options available for your location will be displayed during checkout.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout whenever available and begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.
Please understand that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to severe weather, carrier disruptions, public holidays, customs processing, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation. You can also follow your shipment through the Track Order page on our website.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@curvebloomnashville.com.
We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been shipped.
Curve & Bloom is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
Packages may be returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package from the carrier.
If your package is returned to us, please contact our support team. Additional shipping charges may apply if the order must be shipped again.
Original or additional shipping costs, where applicable, may not be refundable.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package is still in transit, please allow the carrier additional time to complete delivery.
If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check around your property and any safe delivery locations.
- Ask household members, neighbors, or building management whether they accepted the package.
- Contact the shipping carrier for further delivery information.
- Contact us at support@curvebloomnashville.com if you still require assistance.
Please report suspected lost or missing packages as soon as possible so our team can review the shipment with the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at support@curvebloomnashville.com.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the package and damaged item. Please keep all original packaging until our team has reviewed your request.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. When this happens, you may receive more than one shipping confirmation email or tracking number.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees when we divide an order into multiple shipments.
International Orders
International shipping availability, applicable shipping fees, and estimated delivery information will be displayed at checkout.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, or other fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not controlled by Curve & Bloom and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs processing may also cause additional delivery delays.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has already been dispatched.
